Goldwell Open Air Museum

Check out this neat outdoor museum featuring large sculptures.

Belgian artists created this outdoor museum, which is seemingly haunted. It is located a few miles outside of Death Valley. The most notable addition is the ghostly version of The Last Supper, among other pieces such as the woman made out of cinder blocks, a tangled web of car parts, and more. Contemporary American artists have included submissions to the open air museum over the years. The property covers 15 acres and is located near the Rhyolite, Nevada ghost town.

Because this museum is on private property, only non-commercial photography is allowed. If you want to get permission for commercial photography, you can request permission through their website. This unique roadside attraction is almost 2 hours Northwest of the Las Vegas strip and is a perfect stop on the way to Death Valley National Park.
