Big Sky Waterpark is located in Columbia Falls, Montana, along U.S. Highway 2. This is a family-friendly waterpark, and guests should dress appropriately. Big Sky Waterpark is home to 10 thrilling water slides, a kid-friendly water activity area, bumper cars, a mini-golf course, a rock-climbing wall, a carousel, water balloon wars, rental areas, concession stands, free lockers, picnic areas, barbeque areas, a gift shop, and more. There are various ticket options to fit everyone's needs. Admission options include a full day pass, twilight hour pass, or a value pass. The value pass includes the waterpark, bumper cars, the rock wall, the carousel, and the water war. Individual tickets for attractions are also available. Non-rider guests may receive a refund deposit at the end of the day.

Rainy day refunds are available on a per-case basis. Reasons for closure may include inclement weather such as cold days and storms. Guests can bring their own food and drinks into the park, but glass containers and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. The concession stand offers a variety of options for guests, such as snacks, combo meals, drinks, Dip-N-Dots, snowcones, candy, and more. Other amenities include free lockers with lock rental options and free life vests (available on a first-come, first-served basis).
