Enjoy the work of two artists who created a maze of old, abandoned vehicles featuring graffiti art.
Char Sorg and Mark Rippie combined their artistic talents to build this church building in the ghost town in Goldfield, California. Vehicles of all sizes were brought in, stacked, balanced, and otherwise placed and organized to create this junky maze of colorful graffiti. This is living proof that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Char and Mark put forth valiant efforts to discourage religion, using their creation to display one of many human-bound skills.
This car village is off a dirt road, and there is no particular sign pointing towards it as you venture East of Goldfield. If you enjoy quirky roadside attractions, then don't miss out on this long lost artistic representation of a car village.
