Let your children have the time of their life at this Phoenix amusement park.
The Enchanted Island Amusement Park is a 7.5-acre amusement park located in a city park called Encanto Park. It has bumper boats, spinning rides, mini cars, and other attractions such as a train ride, pedal boats, a carousel, and a splash pad to let kids get their energy out. Many of the rides and attractions are best for kids ages ten and younger; however, there are other things that older kids can enjoy. The C.P. Huntington Train was installed in 1991 for the grand opening of the amusement park, and it is a popular ride that takes guests on a 10-minute ride around the park. The Encanto Carousel is the oldest continuously operated carousel in Arizona and has been in operation since 1948.
Enchanted Island also has a Parachute Tower, which gives guests a great bird's eye view. Another activity to try is the pedal boats, where visitors can pedal through the park's multiple waterways and see the ducks, swans, geese, and other birds that call this area home. The Enchanted Island Amusement Park has a great snack bar that sells popcorn, ice cream, nachos, hot dogs, quesadillas, and chicken strips. They also offer icy-cold Pepsi products and frosty beverages. Park hours are Wednesday through Thursday from 11 am to 4 pm, Friday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm. Enjoy spending family time at this attraction in Phoenix, Arizona.
