We did a very similar itinerary in the summer of 2020 and it was awesome. COVID-19 had a lot of things shut down which meant that we had Acadia National Park almost to ourselves. Bar Harbor was still pretty busy. If you want lobster, look for a local "Lobster Pound". Often you can find places right near the docks where they have big steaming kettles and the fishermen are bringing the lobsters of the boat, placing them into the kettles, and you can get the freshest lobster for super cheap!
