Drive through this wildlife park and see incredible animals.
Bear Country USA has 20 species of North American mammals and encompasses 250 acres. This attraction allows guests to view wild animals in their habits as they roam, swim, sleep, play, and more. All vehicles must be closed, and hardtops must be on, windows must remain rolled up, etc. The park has many bears that are fun to see up close, and you can sometimes see their cubs playing and climbing trees. Other wildlife you may see include wolves, elk, caribou, antelope, bison, deer, mountain lions, and bighorn sheep. If you happen to be at the park during feeding times, it is a sight to see.
The driving loop through the park takes an average of about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how long you watch and take pictures. If visitors arrive on a motorcycle or in a soft-top jeep, the park has a few minivans to use instead. After diving the loop in your vehicle, there is a small walking attraction with smaller critters and even some bear cubs that are fun to watch. Bear Country USA is open in the spring through late November, but it can close due to snow. Admission is $20 for adults, $15 for youth, $18 for seniors (62+), and free for toddlers ages 0 to 4.
